The cleaning cost plus a $100 service fee will be deducted, with any remaining balance refunded—provided no additional damages or fees apply.Required Protection Plan: Renters must purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection Plan, which covers the interior alongside the security deposit.Roadside Assistance & Maintenance: If you experience mechanical issues, call the roadside assistance number provided and notify the owner. Do not attempt repairs yourself—unauthorized repairs won't be reimbursed. Approved out-of-pocket repairs that aren't covered by insurance may be reimbursed if prior approval is obtained and receipts are provided.Renters must check and maintain oil levels, tire pressure, and coolant levels at each refueling. Negligence leading to damage is the renter’s responsibility.Tickets, Tolls & Tires: Renters are responsible for all tickets, tolls, towing, and impound fees, even if the notice arrives after the deposit has been released.Tire damage is the renter’s responsibility. If negligence is suspected, the tire must be evaluated by a professional. Reimbursement depends on the results.Vehicle Operation & Owner Support: The owner will provide an overview and instruction manuals for operating all features. Renters must follow instructions carefully—misuse leading to damage is their responsibility.Add-ons and extras are available to enhance your trip while keeping the RV in great condition.Enjoy the ride, respect the rig, and have an unforgettable adventure!
