Roomy bunkhouse- with easy setup! Lots of storage, tall roomy ceilings, and room to entertain. Upgraded queen mattress, two double beds (bunk- but big enough for adults) full kitchen, comfy recliners and entertainment! Comes with TV, indoor and outdoor speakers, etc. 20 foot awning with led lights. Stocked with all the basics.Qué incluyeFresh linens, kitchenware, towels, and all the bare essentials for up to 4 occupants (please specify needs when requesting to book).Can provide board games, camping necessities above what’s mentioned in listing as needed (just ask!).As you prepare to leave, please see what IS included :- Fitted sheets and pillows ( with a mattress cover on each bed)
- Cleaning supplies, dish soap and hand soap, kitchen sponge (plus floor cleaning tools)
- Plates, bowls, cups, cofeee cups, kitchen utensils, silverware
- Pots & Pans
- Sewer hose and gloves ( in bumper of camper)
- Outdoor portable water hose
- Electric service and battery
- Propane (1 full provided- keep in mind that the hot water, stove and heat all run off propane so you may need to refill it)Here is a list of suggested items you may want to bring on your trip that are NOT included :- Bathroom Toiletries

• Pets are allowed with a one-time $75 deposit. This will be returned to you when RV is returned free of damage, accidents, and excessive pet-hair. We love pets, just please treat it as your own. Can provide dog necessities (bowls, dog beds, crate, long lead in-ground leashes, poo bags, etc. Just ask!)
