Located at the base of the Foothills Parkway on the Little River, 10-15 minutes from Townsend Tn, and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park with modern amenities including a solar panel & battery recharging, electric tongue jack, rechargeable Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speaker, outdoor kitchen, power awning & LED lights, plus so much more!Camper is stocked ready to go! All you need are your groceries and personal items.We are very family oriented and love well trained fur babies too! Please let us know if traveling with young children or dogs as we would love to leave a little surprise and make this trip memorable for them as well! (no cats please as we the owners are highly allergic). No smoking allowed.Also, it’s noteworthy to mention that Gsmnp will NOT allow delivery and pick up within the park at this time, so all rentals will have to be towed by the renter. We are vigilantly tracking this and hope to offer this service in the future.By book with us though Outdoorsy, you will are agreeing to our Supplemental Agreement in order to protect our camper. A copy will be provided to you upon request. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or special requests prior to booking. • The solar panel is located on the top of the camper above the bunkhouse and recharges the battery storage on the front of the camper.
• The batteries will operate the lights, refrigerator, front awning and slide out but will not operate receptacle outlets, outdoor kitchen refrigerator, or the AC Unit.
• When leaving the site and using the Solar for battery charging be sure to flip the red key into the off position, so the batteries can recharge while the camper is not in use. (The red key is located on the front of the camper behind the battery packs.)
This camper has Propane!
• The propane is located on the front tongue of the camper and must be turned on to be used.
• The thermostat and furnace operate off propane, not electric, please be mindful of placing items in front of the furnace or stove.
• The outdoor grill uses propane, and the on/off switch is located at the base of the camper under the outdoor kitchen. Be sure to turn off the switch when not in use!
• The hot water heater uses propane and does not have a temperature limiter on it, please be careful to not burn yourself with the hot water.
This camper has an outdoor shower!
• The outdoor shower is located above the bumper of the camper and is handy when wanting to clean outdoor gear or fresh catch of the day.
• There is no standup attachment or shower curtain.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We offer both drop off and pick up services and can work with you on the allotted times, if needed.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The travel trailer is light and easy to pull; however, when not using the solar panel, a trick is to turn the red switch on the front behind the tongue in the off position so the panel will keep the batteries charged in case of a power outage.
