Ok where to start. First off, Maria is absolutely one of the kindest and most respectful individuals I have ever met. She took her time explaining the RV, answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with all the features. There are a lot of cool features. The RV was super clean, smelt great, prepared fantastically and worked like a charm. I traveled with our two kids, and my wife to the mountains and she even suggested a perfect spot. She was responsive to questions as we were camping as I had a few pop up. But I will 1000% be renting from here again and I recommend her to all my friend, family, people that are interested & even my enemies. She’s incredible. Best experience we’ve had in Colorado in a very very long time. Thank you Maria! CHOOSE THIS RV & MARIA!! You won’t regret. It.

Overall, we had an amazing time with this trailer and couldn’t be happier working with Maria. This is a great trailer for small families and towed amazingly well with an F-150. I’m sure certain SUV’s would also handle it well. Is this trailer brand new and in showroom condition? No. There is some cosmetic wear that shows it has been used, but it really doesn’t take away from the experience in my opinion. All key systems on the trailer (I.e. A/C, water, appliances, etc.) worked perfectly and as expected. It was comfortable and got the job done! Even more importantly than the trailer, I could not say better things about Maria. She made the entire experience so easy and wonderful. She is so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to have a successful and memorable trip. Unfortunately, we had a tire blowout on the way to our destination but were able to work with Maria to get everything sorted out quickly. We had an amazing experience and will absolutely be renting from Maria again!

This camper has seen a lot of use. It felt like it was on the verge of falling apart. My wife complained that there was a funky smell coming from the bathroom before we had used it at all. It seems like the host doesn't maintain it enough between rentals. Case in point: the emergency brake line for the trailer that is supposed to clip onto the towing vehicle was broken from the start. That's a serious safety issue. I would give it 3-4 stars, but when it came to customer service, the host did not treat me respectfully. I pulled a string on the window blind over the sink and it came apart and the blinds fell out. I showed it to her when we returned the unit and we discussed it. The host verbally expressed that it would be a minor cost, and that perhaps, we might not be charged at all. So when I saw a charge for $128 on our deposit with no prior heads up or communication, I was surprised and messaged her about it. She expressed her frustration at me for breaking it, calling me "dude" and "man" telling me to "own it.". When I told her I was not happy, she said "I am LESS happy than you. That blind has been in one piece for 5 years until you. I have a rental leaving tomorrow with NO BLIND." The communication felt very unprofessional. Would not rent again.

The camper was very nice and comfortable. Expectations was set properly by Maria. Maria is great to work with. Very nice very thorough and informative.
