A. Level the trailer before using slide-outs. Use wheel chocks for safety. Don’t run multiple high-power appliances at once. Use the water pump only when not hooked to city water. Watch tank levels and dump before full. Go slow when driving or setting up. When in doubt, ask—we’re always here to help!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A. We understand that every trip is unique, which is why we strive to be as flexible as possible when it comes to pick-up and drop-off times. Whether you're heading out early to catch the sunrise or returning a bit later than planned, we're happy to work with your schedule to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Just let us know your preferred times, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
A. We aim to make setup easy! For electric, plug the power cord into the site’s 30 or 50-amp outlet. For water, connect the hose to the site’s spigot (use the pressure regulator). For sewage, attach the hose to both the trailer and the site's sewer. Leave the grey valve open if staying a while and only open the black tank when dumping. We’re happy to walk you through it at pickup or delivery!
