Delivery and set up will be provided and there will be a fee. Site has to be 15 X 30 feet to accommodate the trailer and 30 amp service if you want to use air conditioning. No Smoking allowed in the trailer, No climbing on the roof, Cleaning fee of 75.00 is charged on every rental. Dumping fee is 50.00.
