5.0This trailer is gorgeous and very comfortable. I’ve never slept on a more comfortable mattress while camping. Aubrey and her delivery driver were wonderful to work with. They answered all of my questions and were very attentive. The fireplace was an extra delight on a cold evening. We will be renting from Aubrey again.

5.0Everything was fine. It was explained before we went that we were disabled and that’s why we were going. this route…my husband wears a catheter and unfortunately it leaked…. We washed the bedding and sadly in the dryer the cover of the bunkbed melted …We offered to replace it and we were told it would be taken out of our deposit, and that the mattress needed to be replaced also …but there wasn’t any damage to the mattress that we could see…contacting Aubrey we were told it all had to be replaced….we then contacted her for cost and although responsive before she has not answered us with how much it would cost and how much of a deposit we would get back so we’re not understanding that …apologies have been made… it is a medical situation and nothing that could of been done differently except that a waterproof mattress cover would’ve sufficed! We are disabled..my husband being a disabled veteran and both on Social Security …..we cannot afford to have our deposit taken on top of all we’ve paid already ….without an explanation or invoice of the cost….Patricia
