5This was truly a 5-star experience. Starting with Jacob, he communicated very well, was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. He is a godly husband and father who provides a high level of service with integrity. The accommodations were modern, clean, and we had no issues during our week long stay. Our site was less than ideal with only 30 amp service (50 amp is best), but the RV adapted well and we still had a very comfortable week despite it being filled with heavy rain and some pretty hot and humid Alabama temperatures. We especially enjoyed the recliners and the bunk house, as well as it was my first opportunity to use a Blackstone. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for keeping those delicious bacon and burger smells outside. Thank you, Jacob, for a great trip!

5We rented Jacob’s camper for our trip to Alabama for rock the south. We had a wonderful experience with Jacob delivering and setting up for us. The camper was perfect for our vacation , everything went seamlessly and the camper was beautiful! Highly recommend!

5This host provided some extras with the RV that made a difference in our experience, such as an outdoor setup with a table, cooking grill, mat, chairs and lighting. He also provided good advice about the awning and how NOT to let the wind break it. This was our first RV experience and we really enjoyed the convenience of renting!

Can I use this a generator to power this unit?
A.
We do not offer and typically do not allow our unit to be powered by generator. The surge of generators can cause damage to the electrical systems. We do sometimes make exceptions for commercial generators that are often provided for larger events.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
While we only offer delivery of our unit, we certainly try to be flexible and accommodating if possible. If our schedule allows, we will gladly work with you to find a time that works best for you and us.

Do we have to get the unit delivered or can we tow the unit ourself?
A.
Unfortunately, we only offer delivery for our unit. Due to the slow nature of repair facilities and the high risk of damage with drivers with little or no experience, we feel that delivery is our best option. It provides more protection for our future renters plans and helps to maintain the value of our unit. While there is a fee for delivery, we strive to make it worth it. Upon delivery, we will set everything up, provide instructions and answer all your questions before we leave.
