This RV sleeps 6 comfortably with room up to 7.Features include Large TV with a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking supplies, large fridge, separate freezer, lots of storage, full bath, private master bedroom with queen bed, thermostat-controlled A/C and heater (with plug in only), water heater, electric patio awning, back up camera, and solar panel. The queen bed and twin bed have sheets and comforter. But you will need sleeping bags/pillows for any extra campers. Had coffee pot, 4 camp chairs, 1 fishing pole, roasting sticks.We have a spot to park your vehicle while traveling.Extra chairs and sleeping bags available upon request.Fuel tank and propane tank will be full at pick up and will need to be returned full.There will be a $50 dumping fee if the black and gray containers are not fully dumped upon return**Also, make sure to use RV toilet paper, or it can clog the systemWe will accommodate driving or pick up from some locations for an extra charge.Renter is responsible for all damages caused.Qué incluyeParking behind fenced yard for vehicle while traveling in the RV.
