Our beloved 2013 Jayco Swift Bunk House is proven teenage boy-proof! And it’s been their favorite summer vacation companion!With a queen bed, fold-down sofa and 2 double bunks it’s sleeps 5 and one large black lab comfortably, but can max out at 8. Turn on the air-conditioner on a hot summer day, and enjoy a good book on the sofa!Includes hitch (with stabilizer bars), hose with water filter and sewage hoses for quick campsite connection.Manual awning. Kitchen stocked with basic necessities- flatware, utensils, plates, glasses and a few pots and pans. Keurig included with K-Pods for the coffee drinkers! You will need your own linens and towels.We prefer the renter picks up and drops off at our location. We have a drive through drive-way and alley. During the summer of 2019, we are unable to drop off and pick up due to my new work schedule. We will not drop off or pick up from Watkins Glen International
