- Monthly (28+ nights): 10% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: 475,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 46,55 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. As well as stocking with kitchen utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, and linens.
