2.0Justin was friendly & answered emails quickly. However, we feel his RV was greatly misrepresented. Listed as a 2023 we expected everything to operate like new. Exterior damage prevented the main door from working and the awning was not functioning. The water heater quit after one night. Several Electrical plugs were coming out of the wall. The unit was also dirty inside. 3 out of 5 of the paper plates in the cabinet were used, no coffee mugs, and only 1 drinking glass.

5.0We had the most wonderful time. The RV, towels, and sheets were very clean. Justin was on time to drop off the RV and set everything up. When we got there, the fridge was cold, and the AC was blasting. He is wonderful with communication and responded to all my messages quickly. I loved that he left a book of information about the RV. It was very handy to have!

5.0Justin was Awesome!!! Delivery was on time and by it being our first RV experience he explained how everything work and demonstrated also. RV was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Justin also checked in on us mid rental to make sure everything was going well!! My family of 5 can’t wait to reserve again.
