Yan is consistently friendly, prompt, and easy to communicate with. They are highly accommodating with pickup/dropoff, assist with hitching/towing, and actively provide solutions like an extra fridge for issues.

The trailer is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable with working AC and shower amenities. Past issues include a non-functional main fridge (a bar fridge is provided), faulty holding tank sensors, or an intermittent heater. It lacks a bathroom sink.
