Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Depending on other rentals before/after your trip, we may be able to adjust the pickup or drop off time. Please coordinate this with us before so we can make sure it's all worked out!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
If the campsite you are going to has any of these hookups, please let us know and we can walk you through the whole process. It is imperative that it is done correctly so the trailer doesn't get damaged!
Q.Do you charge an additional fee for having a pet?
A.
Nope! We encourage you to bring fido along with you to enjoy the outdoors as well, they usually love it!
Q.Do we have to dump the trailer before returning it?
A.
If your rental period is only a few days, we ask that you do not dump the trailer and just bring it back to us. We will handle the dumping of all water and grey/black tanks.
If you are renting it for an extended period of time (more than a few days), we will walk you through how to dump it and refill it.
