This was not a good experience. The refrigerator never got below 60 degree's (and as a result all of the food that we didn't eat had to be thrown out), the air mattress on the pull out couch had a hole in it ( so we had to sleep on the floor and woke I up to a bug crawling on me) and during the drive the drivers side mirror shook so violently that I could not clearly see the traffic on my left side (we had to stop to buy some tape to hold the mirror in place). I did accidentally scratch the RV and paid 800.00 for the repair but there is apparently NO recourse for reimbursement to me for all of the problems with the RV.

It was our first time booking an RV and Chad was awesome to deal with and took the time to answer any questions we had.

Chad was awesome and was very helpful. He even asked me to come and see the vehicle before making a decision. Its not a brand new vehicle but has everything in it and all the equipment and facilities are working. Will certainly recommend Chad's RVs. and will use for our future road trips.

Chad was awesome, spent lots of time explaining how everything works, accommodated our schedule and made a really fun overall first time experience. Will definitely do it again!
