This trailer has you covered from the 40" x 70" bunk beds to the front private bedroom. The bunk beds are located in the rear and include a closet. Step down into the main living and kitchen area to find a 70" sofa and a U-shaped dinette to relax on, and an L-shaped kitchen area with a large sink, and full amenities, plus there is an entertainment center.As you head to the bedroom, you will walk-through the bathroom which includes extra counter space for your toiletries and linen storage. The walk-around queen bed has a wardrobe storage on each side, as well as the second entry into the trailer for a smooth flow of traffic when everyone joined you on the trip. Trail holds a spacious bathroom and shower, refrigerator, complete and very large outdoor kitchen, gas stove/with oven, storage area, and a completely private bedroom semi-private bunk. The couch folds out to a bed and the kitchen table turns into a bed. Trailer includes music speakers inside and outside, flat screen TV. • All gray and black water tanks must be fully emptied prior to return. Otherwise, we will charge $150 from deposit. If tanks are clogged cleaning cost is $300 per tank.
• Regular cleaning fee charged is $100. If there are any issues in the cleaning condition at the time of vehicle return, full deep cleaning fee will charge at $350.
• We are not responsible for campground reservations, including cancellations and anything COVID related.
• Any issues must be promptly communicated and reported.
• Propane must be refilled before return, if not, charges will apply.
• Timeframe - we will need from 1 to 2 hours at a time of pick up for proper inspection, instruction and signing paperwork and 1 hour on the return of the trailer.

5.0I was genuinely hesitant as this was my first time renting off a site like this. With that being said, I am so glad I did! Victor made this whole process easy & his communication prior to pickup, during our rental & after was exceptional as a host. His travel trailer was impeccably clean, extremely spacious & had a brand new smell to it. We definitely will rent from Victor again in the future. Thank you very much for renting your travel trailer to us!
