We do charge an extra cleaning fee if the trailer is returned in poor condition. please no smoking of any kind in the trailer. Only potty trained well behaved pets are allowed in the trailer. As you can imagine rips, tears, urine stains, chewing up corners etc is extremely expensive repairs as ordering direct from the manufacture takes extra time and is expensive. Our goal is for you and your family to have a wonderful experience and we will help in any way we can to facilitate in directions, Rv parks suggestions, and tutorials with the trailer.
