Stationary rentals, price includes RV spot, Full hook-ups.Brand New as of May 2021!Brand new 2021 Zinger 298BH Bunkhouse2021 Zinger 29' travel trailer. One Slide-out (Living Room). Queen Bed, 2-Bunk bed Queen sized, 2 fold out beds, and a outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge! (Table bed is temporarily broken)~`This is a PET Free / Smoke-Free Camper`~* Generator will not run the AC, you must be hooked up to 30/50 amp power to operate.Flat screen smart tv with sound bar, Hdmi connection. it also has speakers outside so you can enjoy music/radio while lounging around the campsite.The master bed and couch make into full size comfy queen beds and the table and bunks are comfortable doubles. The slideout adds a ton of room to move around. That combined with a good amount of counter space and kitchen amenities make fixing meals easy even if it's raining outside and everyone's inside playing games. The power awning easily increases comfortable living space outside, rain or shine.- I provide some freshly cleaned linens for the beds. (you may want to bring some additional to supplement, such as sleeping bags and pillows for the kids)

- Chemicals for the Toilet black tank.
- All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks

Great clean lodging with a kitchen and laundry available which is a must with kids. Quiet convenient location. Good communication with owner and son upon check in, check out, and any needs. Will definitely book again in the future!
