After careful consideration here goes. Jeremy seems like a personable guy but he knows nothing about the RVs he is renting. First he wanted us to just pick up the RV without meeting us or going through a walk through because he was "off grid" . He knew we were RV novices but told us to watch a you tube video to figure out how to work things. Finally he said his wife could meet us to walk through and take before pics but she knew nothing and also managed to derail the shower door, which we later fixed. We knew the rig was older and did not expect sparkling new, but there is no excuse for cabinet doors hanging off their hinges. These were mentioned by other renters in prior reviews but still not corrected. Its a good thing we rented a day early for our trip because that gave my husband time to fix these things (your welcome) so our trip would be more comforable. The shower was another experience. The door would not stay closed and the valve shot the water out the side into the walkway flooding the floor. The floor got real clean. (your welcome) All of this should have been repaired before it was ever rented out. It was obvious that it had been like this for awhile. We made it to our wonderful campsite at Silver wood Lake SRA and started setting up our camp only to realize that the vehicle registration had expired. We never thought to check, but won't make that same mistake again. This was the icing on the cake. Not only did we have to fix Jeremy's broken RV but now it was not even legal to drive. We sent a text with a picture to his wife and never received a response. With Jeremy "off grid" there was no one to help us. We finally contacted Outdoorsy and they were helpful and documented everything. If we had gotten pulled over on the way home and ticketed they would have intervened with the owner. Fortunately we made it home tired and ticket free. We did enjoy experiencing RV life but with all the trouble and concerns we never really relaxed. When we turned the rig back in Jeremy was eager to meet us. He did listen to our complaints and some advice on how to fix things but the real question is whether he will follow through. We hope so

Jeremy was great to deal with. He was accommodating and professional. The RV was clean and provided a comfortable, reliable home for us while we were on the road.

I’ve rented about 8-10 rv’s over the past 20 years. This was the worst of the bunch. We never met In person. Pick up and drop off was done over the phone. I had to do the walk through myself. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. He acted surprised and wanted pictures so he could charge the previous renter a cleaning fee. He should have paid me the cleaning fee. My wife and I cleaned the inside for over 2 hours before we would let our grandkids inside. Several cabinets were hanging on 1 hinge. Dog hair everywhere. Etc… I could go on. It was like renting from a slum lord
