Responsive and flexible owner
Hieu is consistently noted for fast and easy communication, offering help during trips, and being flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. He also maintains the van well.
Easy and smooth to drive
The 2022 Sprinter is comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition with low mileage, perfect for two. Guests noted it was easy to drive and provided a smooth ride. It was well-equipped for road trips, though one renter reported a non-functional generator.

5.0The experience was amazing and the host went above and beyond with quality of work. Even when I had flight issues and arrival times were dramatically impacted. They went out of their way to make my trip less stressful. 10/10 in all aspects, and will look up their availability in future visits.
