This is a beautiful B Plus RV. Perfect for up to 4 people.Included are 2 sets of bedding, pillows, blankets, and towels. Silverware, plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans. Flash lights, Lantern, Tea pot, Coffee maker, plus a lot of other necessities. I also have a hitch mounted luggage/bike rack, cooler, and a small grill you can use for free on request. You really only need what you would typically bring to a long stay hotel.When is pick up and drop off?
Pick up: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. **
Return: 11:00 a.m. **

How many free miles are included? 125 miles included per night booked.
How much for additional mileage? $0.40 per mile.
How much for Generator use? $3 per hour.Do I pay for gas?
Diesel Fuel: Full upon pickup and charged at cost + 3%.
Propane Fuel: Full upon pickup and charged at cost + 3%.If you're flying in you can take the Skyride AB bus non-stop to the Flatirons drop off (1st Main Stop). It is an airport tour type bus with undercarriage luggage storage. It runs at least every 30 min. to an hour depending on time of day. It drops you near my house where I can pick you up or Uber if you prefer. If you are local you can leave a vehicle at my house.During the months of November thru April the vehicle will be usable but winterized. Therefore no running water will be available including sinks, shower, and toilet due to the risk of plumbing damage from potential freezing temperatures. Refrigerator, Stove, and Furnace will remain functional.Length 24'6"
