First off I did give Crystal plenty of time to make things right. She is like the slum lord of the rv world.. sold us the generator option, rented it to someone else before we picked up so we were left to either rent another or have power, which luckily we were able to get power. No money returned...The unit was filthy and smelt of urine. I literally had to scrub the bathroom floor before my family would sleep in it. Ac kept blowing the breaker every 15 minutes, it was 100 all week.. toilet broke 2 days in and we were forced to sleep with the black tank venting into the rv. No where to stow the table so our three dirtbikes barely fit. Shower was full of other peoples hair. Sinks and microwave were disgusting and floors were like a tuckstop bathroom.. upside trailer towed good and we had new bedding for the bed. There were only pillows and blankets for one bed so we had to bring a bunch of stuff we hadn't anticipated on. This rv is newer but in need of repairs. We ended up coming home early from our trip since we couldn't deal with the heat from no ac and the smell of the black tank venting into it. Getting any refund is like a huge hassle with excuse after excuse.. stay clear

The rv was excellent and was exactly what I expected. Would definitely recommend.

The Rv was great did everything we needed and the hist was great!

With Outdoorsy, everything went pretty smooth. The only thing was having to reverify my identity and providing my documents to outdoorsy a few times. The Host, Crystal was great, she communicated well, and her Trailer was nice had everything we needed. I would work with Crystal again if l ever needed to rent a RV!
