Charles was consistently praised for his excellent, responsive communication. He was easy to work with, accommodated schedules, and provided thorough vehicle instructions and reviews.
Easy to drive, well-equipped
The van was in excellent condition, easy and fun to drive with good gas mileage. It was well-stocked, featuring a pop-top bed, effective heater for cold, and snow tires. Minor issues (wipers, brake squeak) and a generator suggestion were noted.

5.0The Rv had some minor issues - the wipers need to be replaced, there is a brake squeak on the driver's side back wheel, We throughly enjoyed the trip and the van was overall, a success!

5.0Had a nice few days in the Rockies and the van did everything we needed it to do and more. Charles was a great help and always responsive. Would love to rent this again and take for another ride.

5.0Charles was great to deal with and really excellent communication. We had a great trip in the van was as advertised. The propane heater kept us warm in the subzero temperatures and the snow tires were really good and winter weather.
