Awning Safety: The power awning is easily damaged by weather. It must be fully retracted during high winds, heavy rain, or anytime you leave the campsite unattended.
Roof Access: For your safety and the structural integrity of the camper, there is absolutely no climbing or walking on the roof.
Waste Tanks: Please ensure both the gray and black water tanks are completely emptied and flushed prior to return. If they are returned full, a $50 dump fee will be deducted from your deposit.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! However, please do not leave pets completely unattended inside the camper to prevent anxiety-related scratching or damage.
Return Condition: Please sweep out dirt, wipe down counters, and return the trailer in the same general clean condition it was received to avoid excessive cleaning fees.
