Rental Rules SCP Camper Rentals To ensure a great experience for everyone, please review and follow these rules during your rental: No Smoking * Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper * A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor is detected No Pets Occupancy Limits * Do not exceed the listed maximum guest capacity * Safety first—this protects you and the camper Setup & Usage * Do not climb on the roof * Do not move camper once set up (if delivered) * Follow provided instructions for appliances, awning, and systems Waste Tanks * Tanks must be emptied before return (unless dump service is added) * Use RV-safe toilet paper only * No wipes, feminine products, or paper towels in toilet Cleanliness * Return camper in reasonable condition * Trash removed and personal items cleared * Excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees Propane & Fuel * Propane will be provided * Refill charges may apply if heavily used Damages * Any damage must be reported immediately * Renter is responsible for damages during rental period • Pickup & Return * Follow agreed pickup and return times * Late returns may result in additional fees Delivery Rentals * Do not attempt to move the camper * Ensure site is accessible and suitable for setup Our Goal We want you to have an awesome, stress-free trip and these rules help keep everything safe, clean, and ready for the next guest.
