Aaron provides clear operational instructions, including YouTube videos, and is responsive to questions. He was informative to new renters but strict in resolving disputes over vehicle condition and renter actions.
Clean, well-prepared, with disputed functions
Guests found the RV clean and ready for use. However, one renter experienced non-working tank gauges, a fresh water system needing constant hookup, and a non-functional outdoor fridge; these claims were directly disputed by the owner.

1.0I was really hoping for a good experience from Aaron. Unfortunately, Aaron waited until the day of the trip to inform me the fresh, grey, and black water tank gauges did not work. Had I known this in advance I would have not rented the RV. I took the RV regardless as we had already had weekend plans. It was also fun to find out the fresh water only worked if a hose was constantly connected. We also discovered the outside refrigerator does not work. We took it in stride and still had a fun weekend. Aaron decided to ding me for $200 saying the sewer tanks weren’t completely emptied. We emptied the tanks to the best of our ability since the gauge tanks were not working. Just make sure to ask if everything is in working order before renting.
