Inconsistent communication and service
John provided late notice of AC failure, suggested guests buy a fan, and canceled one booking. Yet, he was punctual for other rentals and delivered a trailer matching description.
Comfortable, but AC problematic
Features a very comfortable queen bed and provides good shelter. However, the air conditioner was reported non-functional and the trailer was difficult to level.

5.0Owner communicated just 2 hours before delivery that the air conditioner wasn't working. He had 2 fans blowing and suggested we go to Walmart and purchase a larger fan. Couldn't get trailer level. Very uncomfortable 4 days with over 95 degrees each day. Reserved this rental 3 months ago with no communication until day of delivery. Will not be renting again from him.

5.0We had the best time camping with Johns trailer. The queen bed has got to be one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. Everything worked great during our trip.
