Our trailer is 35 feet long and we need 17 feet wide clearance for the slide out. Hook ups are on the Left side. Perfect trailer for your family vacation!
Plenty of room for everyone. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, if camping with smaller children trailer can sleep 8. Includes king size bed in master bedroom, full size bunk beds, smart tv, Bluetooth compatible AM/FM radio with internal and external speakers, tub shower, full size kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, and outside stove, mini fridge and sink. Two trailer ailer includes:The trailer is equipment with the following amenities:
- (1 roof mounted AC) It's a 50 amp trailer but can be run with 30 amp services.
- King Size bed in the master bedroom, (2) Full+ sized double bunk beds and a jack knife small sofa bed (only good for small children)
- (1) Flat screen Smart TV
- Microwave
- Self Leveling System
- Interior and Exterior Speakers
- Awnings w/LED lightsAt no additional cost we include:
- White linen towels
- Linens for Master only (Must bring your own bedding for other beds in garage or loft)
- Pillows for Master only.
- Keurig Coffee maker
- Toaster
- Utensils, Plates, Bowls and Cups
- Sauce Pan
- (2) Adult Chairs
- Outside RV mat

- Golf Cart (4 Seater)We only offer delivery and setup at this time. You just tell us the location and we make sure the trailer is ready to go! Base rate is $150 up to 25 miles. After 25 miles = $5.50 per mile (up to 150 miles). Setup Fee = $150 and includes setup, breakdown and grey/black tank dumping.No pets and no smoking allowed. We also don't allow the cooking of raw seafood or shell fish as well as bacon inside the trailer.Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you have any questions.Please note, we are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for Covid. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. I'm happy to provide any and all information you need about the trailer, but its the renters responsibility to make sure the site booked at the camp ground can and will accommodate the trailer being rented.

Hello. We are a small family of four located in the Murrieta/Temecula area. We have been off and on trailer owners for several years now and just recently purchased this beautiful new Jayco.
