We want you to have an amazing trip while helping us keep the camper in great condition for future guests. * Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless otherwise approved. * No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the camper. * No parties or large gatherings. * Pets are welcome only with prior approval. * Please treat the camper as if it were your own home. * Return the camper in the same condition you received it. * Wash dishes, wipe down surfaces, and remove all trash before checkout. * Empty the refrigerator and freezer of all personal food items. * Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them. * Do not exceed the camper’s sleeping capacity of 10 people. * Climbing on the roof is prohibited. * Do not flush anything other than RV toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items. * Retract the awning during high winds and whenever you leave the campsite. * Campfires must be kept a safe distance from the camper. * The renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, or damage that occurs during the rental period. * Have fun, make memories, and leave the camper ready for the next family to enjoy!
