This travel trailer has all the comforts of home in a compact easy to tow trailer, that had ample space and storage for the whole family. This trailer has a signifigantly lower weight compared to other trailer's of this length, so towing behind smaller trucks and utility vehicles becomes possible. This trailer has had upgrades done to better accommodate our family including expanded counter space, storage cubbies in bunks for children, outdoor shower, and last but not least tankless water heater. We will provide RV toilet paper which is the only thing besides bodily waste that can enter the tanks. Owner takes photos before and after rental.Hot water heater is tankless- maximum temperature of water depends greatly on entering water temperature, and in cooler climates, water temperature may only reach the upper 90s, where as in warmer climates it can reach 120 quickly. Water will remain consistent temperature as long as you have proper water temperature and propane- unit does NOT run on electricity.
