• Pick-up and Drop-off times are flexible. we ask that you let us know. • Only put 1 ply toilet paper down the toilet. We do provide 2 rolls. If any other is found to be used, damages could be incurred. • The awning must be monitored at all times during use. You are responsible for any & all damages to the awning. • NO SMOKING in the RV. There is a cleaning fee if it's determined it's been smoked in. • Pickup/drop off - Black/Grey tanks must be emptied before returning the RV. There is $75 dump fee, if returned unemptied. • Deliveries - Black/Grey tanks will be emptied at closest dump station. Fees are subject to the dump station. • The RV may be taken anywhere except: California, Oregon, Washington, or outside the contiguous United States. • Driving the RV at unsafe speeds can result in loss of deposit if an incident occurs. Tires are speed-rated for 75mph. • Pets: We have a limit of 2, but we are open to more. Just communicate with us. • Do not get on the roof of the RV. • We want everyone to enjoy their time; if you return it clean, we won't charge; if not, that's okay too! It’s $10 per 1/2hr of cleaning. Any Items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%. •We ask that you return the RV in the same condition it was given to you. Any & All damages or repairs needed that occurred during the renters trip is the primary driver responsibility and loss of security deposit. If it's returned in a condition that results in the loss of the next rental, the renter will be responsible for the total rental amount lost, along with a $500 charge for filing a claim and a full loss of the deductible.
