• The renter must be present at handoff and participate in a walkthrough.• Pick-up and Drop-off times are flexible. we ask that you let us know.• Only put 1 ply toilet paper down the toilet. We do provide 4 rolls.• The awning must be monitored at all times during use.• NO SMOKING in the RV. There is a cleaning fee if it's determined it's been smoked in.• Black/Grey tanks must be emptied and flushed before returning the RV or had the RV Delivered to site an RV campsite with sewer hookups. Returning without dumping will result in a $100 dump fee.• The RV may be taken anywhere except: California, Oregon, Washington, or outside the contiguous United States.• Driving the RV at unsafe speeds can result in loss of deposit if an incident occurs. Tires are speed-rated for 80mph.• Pets: We have a limit of 2, but we are open to more. Just communicate with us.
• Do not get on the roof of the RV.• We want everyone to enjoy their time; if you return it clean, we won't charge; if not, that's okay too! It’s $10 per 1/2hr of cleaning. Any Items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%.
We ask that you return the RV in the same condition it was given to you, if it's returned in a condition that results in the loss of the next rental, the renter will be responsible for the total rental amount lost, along with a $250 charge for filing a claim and a full loss of the deductible.

- Prep fee: 26,40 €. This allows us to supply you with basic items for your trip. This includes bedding, small travel medical items, 3 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper, basic hygiene kits, towels, cooking and eat utensils.
