1I should have know when the owner messaged me a week prior to pay him $200 negotiated delivery directly that something was up. I went back into the listing realized he didn’t include that in our contracted rate he sent us. Then he said he would charge us more for his time if he had to wait in line to get into the campground which I thought was odd as he knew he was dropping off at a NASCAR race for dry camping. We are really disappointed with the trailer when we arrive Friday. Thank God my brother (who owns and is an avid camper) saw the trailer wasn’t level! He has a huge level and had to adjust the trailer a lot for us before getting in. 2nd issue is that it was dirty so I had to go out and buy hand wipes to clean the counters and toilet & dirt. There was hair/dirt on the bathroom counter and tiny ones on the back of the toilet. The coffee pot and toaster were disgusting looking and I would not want to eat anything out of it nor put water in for coffee. Waist of $150 prep fee. There was so many things damaged and broken. This trailer was not cared for at all! The sliding doors from the master bedroom to the bathroom was broken and hanging off the hinge (if someone had to pee or poop in the middle of the night, they had zero privacy), the door to the back bedroom was also falling off the roller also, so we couldn’t shut that door when we put our toddler to sleep to watch a movie or anything. The speaker was handing out of the ceiling, nails sticking out of the kitchen paneling that was buckling out, wall damage everywhere, many broken or missing blinds, the screen in the back of the trailer was broken allowing bugs to come in if we wanted to open it when the generator would fail for us to have air conditioning, dust/dirt/wood shavings on the floors. The smell of the trailer was very stale like the trailer was never opened or ventilated since last year. We may have been the first renters for the season, but this trailer should’ve still been opened and ventilated. With the prep fee I would have expected the owner to expand the trailer and set up the furniture. Another problem is that the trailer was still winterized. When we got there the water was turned off so we didn’t have water until Saturday morning. Zero warm water as the electric nor gas would make the water warm so we had cold showers all weekend. The refrigerator would not get cold and took 24hrs to get cold. (Freezer got cold much faster). We paid $100 to have a generator that didn’t stay on! The generator goes off randomly every couple hours on Friday even when it has gas. During the night my husband would have to get out of bed/go outside with a flashlight to restart the generator every 2 hrs and sometime 6x within 2 hrs. Also after the generator goes off each time, refrigerator alarms regardless what mode it’s in waking everyone up through the night (including my toddler!) on Sunday night I took a log of all the times the generator failed on us: 8:22pm, 8:55pm, 9:16pm, 9:32pm, 9:55pm, 9:58pm 10:57pm, 11:02pm but Left of off; 1:10am got to hit started again because it got to hot. 2:30 am shut off again and left it off but had to get out of bed to shut off the refrigerator alarm anyway. This was ridiculous and an example of what was experienced the 2 nights prior. It was hot! We needed the air on! We bought a 5 gallon gas can and filled it up on Friday. The generator holds about 3 gallons for an 8 hr run. We didn’t even use all our gas with how little the generator ran. We also left him with a filled tank when we left. It should have ran Friday - Monday meaning we should have had to refill our 5 gallon can several times through the weekend. We contacted the owner several times over the stay with all the issues. He was little to no help (though polite). It had now been two days since expressing our sheer disappointment and he has not even offered any type of refund or reimbursement. It seems he may have just purchased this old trailer as an investment and rents it out without zero care to how it looks, functions or operates. Especially, Not leveling off the trailer screams to me that the owner doesn’t camp much. This weekend was a total waste of $1,000+ on this trailer! This was our first experience with outdoorsy and it was terrible! We have another trailer booked for the end of August and I am fearing this beyond words!!

3Andrew was on time and easy to communicate with. The RV has seen better days, but it was clean and perfect for our needs..

5This RV was great for our family of 7. The bunkhouse in the back with a slide out was perfect and gave us a lot of extra room. The towels and linens that were provided were an extra bonus. We booked last minute because another host cancelled on us and Andrew was very helpful and responded quickly which gave us peace of mind. This camper was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our adventure.
