1 - You get 4 hours of generator time per night, and you will need to use that wisely when you are driving in the heat or cold. There is an additional $5/hour fee that will be calculated when you return. The generator is needed to run the air conditioning and heat in the middle and rear compartments of the RV when driving. Power outlets will not be available when driving unless the generator is running. The front cab heat/air conditioning and power adapters do work like a regular car when driving, so you can power your GPS and cell phones. But all other outlets do not work when the generator is not on or you are not plugged into an electrical supply. Once you get to a camp ground, you will be plugged into land power and off the generator. So please plan wisely. 2 - Pets are not permitted in the vehicle. If there is evidence of a pet, you will be subject to an additional cleaning charge of $500 plus potential forfeiture of your entire security deposit. 3 - Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the vehicle. If there is evidence of smoking, vaping or other strong odors, I will be subject to the additional cleaning fee of $250 plus potential forfeiture of my entire security deposit, at the manager’s/owner’s discretion. 4 - I agree to pay a late return fee of $100 plus $240 per day if I do not return the vehicle as originally agreed. No refunds for early returns. 5 - I agree to pay a gasoline and a propane fee of $35 each, plus the actual cost of propane or gasoline to refill the propane or gasoline tank if it is returned less than full. 6 - Additional charges include: Gray and/or Black water dumping charge of $50, if applicable.
