Beautiful family RV that is perfect for a small family. It is set up to camp with full hookups or dry camping out in the boonies.
Inside: Once extended, the slide really opens up the interior of this trailer. The room in the front has an rv queen size bed and a door for privacy for parents, double bunk beds for the kids, and a dinette that also transforms into a bed. The kitchen area has a fridge that can run if you have power at your campsite, or on propane if you don’t. For inside cooking, there is a 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. If your hanging out inside, you’ll be more than comfortable if you need to run the AC or heater, or you can sit and enjoy the indoor fireplace. The TV is setup to be able to connect to the campgrounds WiFi service or your own hotspot device. For more options, bring your own Amazon fire stick, Roku or Apple TV. The entertainment system can play local radio or connect to your Bluetooth device to stream your music to the inside speakers, to the outside speakers or both.
Outside: Enjoy grilling on the outdoor kitchen grill with access to your favorite drinks in the mini fridge (can only work while on full hook ups only). All while listening to the outdoor speakers. The awning has a full length LED light strip for night time lighting.Qué incluyeWe provide almost everything you need.

We also love dry camping in the desert during the winter, and up in Idylwild during the summer at Lake Hemet or Hurkey Creek.Otros detalles importantesOur trailer is like new and very comfortable to camp in. It’s very lightweight and easily towable. Dry weight is only 5300lbs. We provide the weight distribution hitch, but your tow vehicle will need to have a trailer brake system installed.
Delivery is also available.
I will go over the whole trailer with you when you come to pick it up, or if we deliver to the campsite, so your completely comfortable with how everything works.
If you plan on boondocking, we do have a generator available to rent.
We do allow small pets, but we do charge a fee of $50 for the extra cleaning required.
We do not allow any smoking, vaping or drug use.
Any signs of the previous will result in a $200 fee.
Please note our prep fee covers the sanitizing, preparing and supplying the trailer with everything the renter needs prior to each use. We want everyone to have the best experience with our home away from home.
