5.0The RV was exactly what I wanted. It was very clean and inviting. The bed was so comfortable. The futon was a little uncomfortable, but most are based on the way they are made. Used a full size mattress that I had and put it on top and it was wonderful. The refrigerator was huge and was great to keep all of our food nice and cold. The outside refrigerator was awesome. Great to not to have to go into the camper to get our beverages. Drop off, set up and pick up went very smoothly. They supplied an outdoor rug, tables, chairs, small cooler to take to the lake. Towels and bedding were included which was a plus. Got a little chilly at night and used both fireplaces and it was nice and toasty. Also watched several movies that they had provided. Loved the little care basket with water, microwave popcorn, and other snacks. Loved that is had 2 black water and 2 grey water tanks. Will be renting this RV again for my next annual camping trip at Shawano County Campground. The hosts, Josh and Kala, are awesome and very responsive and I would recommend others to rent this awesome RV.

2.0What would have been a glowing review of a roomy and well-appointed camper was tainted by one of the owner’s insistence on being petty and arguing minor points. Be on the lookout for her trying to add ridiculous fees. For a delivered camper, no one has ever charged me for dumping. She said we could avoid dumping fee by dumping ourselves —talk about tone deaf. We pay for delivery because we don’t have the vehicle for towing. She even said I should have been charged for water after the fact, and not in the contract! Really? In what alternate universe does that happen? Next she’ll try and change for sheet cleaning. Clearly an owner looking to eke out every penny possible versus making long-term relationships with repeat customers. We are frequent renters, and she’s lost our business.
