Our dream of full-time road-tripping led to the Glamping Adventurer, recently purchased to use until we retire and outfitted as a rental RV to share with others while we are still working. We have enjoyed numerous camping trips in Canada and the US in our A-liner, hybrid and bunkhouse trailers, visiting national and provincial parks, and finding the best diners, bakeries, unique shops and roadside attractions along the way. We would like to inspire you with our love of travelling and the fantastic finds we have discovered along the way!

We rented for nearly two weeks to drive to Banff & Jasper, and it was the perfect choice. The vehicle was smooth and easy to drive and having all the little extras included made everything that much nicer. We are a family of 4 and all slept well on the beds and the teenager fell in love with the cozy, soft blankets provided. Great hosts and a great vehicle!

Q.Do you have other camping equipment we can add to our booking?
A.
Just ask! We have a lot more camping equipment that can be added, including two 4 person tents, camping shelters, and more chairs.
Q.Do you have bikes and a bike rack that can be added to the rental?
A.
We have 4 mountain bikes that can be rented and a hitch-mounted RV approved Thule 4-bike rack that has an integrated lock (locks rack to RV and locks bike to the rack).
Q.Are my dates available?
A.
The availability calendar is kept up to date. If there is a booking request pending but not confirmed, the dates may appear to be available until the booking is completed. Request the dates of your choice and we will let you know if they are still available.
Q.How much will I pay for gas?
A.
Class C RVs of this size, including ours, are in the range of 8-10 mpg. The mpg you will experience depends a lot on driving speed, winds, and terrain (hills/mountains consume more gas). The gas tank is 35 gallons, so a fill is about $180 (assume $1.30/litre gas price). We prefer to top up the tank every 2-3 hours with rest stops. We plan ahead looking for cheaper gas in larger centres. There are online fuel consumption calculators to estimate fuel consumption for your trip.
