Fees
- Security deposit: 465,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 46,50 €. This fee will cover professional cleaning by Carolina Services of the Triad Janitorial Service ($80/hr) and required maintenance check’s including winterization, filling, draining, and flushing tanks
