Enjoy our 33ft trailer with a private queen bedroom and two full bunk beds on opposite end of trailer. The couch and dinette convert to beds to accommodate up to 6 total.Escape the heat with central air conditioning and relax inside with a TV, full kitchen with double sink, three burner gas stove, oven, and microwave. On cold days switch to central heat and turn on the fireplace to warm up.Lounge outside under 16 ft awning and exterior mini kitchen which includes a mini fridge and propane griddle. Exterior speakers provide the sounds of music or the game when outside.With full hookups for electric power, water, and sewer. All hook up equipment is included.Delivery only. We will deliver and hook up for you.Fresh linens (upon request):

• Prior to bringing in the slide out room, make sure there is no debris on top. This can get stuck and damage it.
• If there is something you are not sure of PLEASE CALL US at anytime. Safety is our priority and should be yours.
