From the moment we connected, they made the rental process smooth and easy, answering all my questions and ensuring everything was ready for my rental. The van itself was in perfect condition and extremely well-equipped. It is equipped with a large TV and a top-notch audio system that kept the kids entertained and excited throughout the ride. On top of that, the van was a joy to drive—smooth handling and plenty of space for everyone to ride comfortably. Ricky and Victoria were simply amazing as hosts. We had an unfortunate incident and they were extremely responsive, understanding, caring, and encouraging.
