Welcome! Avy has been thoughtfully maintained and equipped with premium amenities to help you enjoy an unforgettable adventure. We ask that you treat her with the same care and respect you would your own home and vehicle. Authorized Drivers Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy may operate the van. Please drive conservatively and allow extra stopping distance, as camper vans are larger and heavier than standard vehicles. Road Restrictions Avy is designed for adventure, not off-roading. Travel is permitted on paved roads and well-maintained gravel roads only. Prohibited: Off-road trails, mudding, beach driving, or water crossings Roads marked "4x4 Recommended" or "High Clearance Required" Racing, towing, or activities that place unusual stress on the vehicle If you're unsure whether a road is appropriate, please ask. Van Systems & Features Avy is equipped with advanced electrical, solar, plumbing, and climate-control systems. We'll review their operation during pickup. Please: Follow all operating instructions Retract the awning during wind, rain, or when leaving camp Do not climb or store gear on the roof Monitor battery and water levels Report any system warnings promptly Cleanliness & Care Please remove trash, clean dishes, wipe up spills, and return the van in reasonably clean condition. Normal use is expected. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or unusually heavy cleaning may result in additional fees. Smoking, Pets & Damage No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted inside. Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Please return the van with the same fuel level provided at pickup. If anything is damaged or not functioning properly, notify us as soon as possible. This helps us support you during your trip and keep the van in excellent condition for future travelers.
