Great unit for families! Sleeps 9 but can add more depending on size of children. This unit has several Tv's and indoor outdoor speakers great for tailgating, as well as outdoor stove and fridge and shower. The host was nice. Biggest issue is that the outdoor shower was broken. The owner was unable to come and fix it. We use the outdoor shower a lot during camping and it was an inconvenience.
