It's a perfect choice for small families, including those with pets (please provide proof of flea and tick treatment before trailer pickup).This travel trailer is equipped with everything you need for a delightful camping experience with your loved ones. Enjoy the power awning with lights, outdoor speakers, propane furnace, overhead A/C, a queen Murphy bed, and double bunk beds. Additional features include a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and a large-capacity fridge with freezer, with propane included and a fresh water capacity of 23 gallons.For enhanced stability, the trailer features four stabilizers and comes with a 2-inch 5/16 hitch assembly. A city water hose line is provided for easy connection to campground water.** Please note that the trailer comes with an electric tongue jack (Not Manual) so therefore the RV would need to be hooked up to an electric power source to successfully tow.Fully furnished and equipped, this trailer includes kitchen cookware, Tupperware, utensils, and dishware for your convenience. You'll also find a toaster, coffee maker, kitchen spices, bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner available for complimentary use.For entertainment, a TV is included, which can connect to Wi-Fi at campsites, allowing you to enjoy streaming apps like Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime with your own subscriptions.Please note that this is a non-smoking unit. The fan from the unit works fine and blows out fan level air, however it does not blow out cold AC air.
