This trailer truly is a load of fun for anyone that enjoys tailgating or the outdoors.The main bedroom offers a King sized bed with a 3in mattress topper (Super Comfortable)and USB charging ports for your devices. It has a closet for hanging clothes as well as plenty of drawers for storage/folding clothes.The main bathroom has a full sized shower and toilet.The slide-out living area has a three seat reclining sofa, a 32" mounted smart TV and a Bluetooth radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.The kitchen has a propane cooktop, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Cookware is provided as well as a coffee maker and most cooking utensils.The "garage area" offers a queen sized bunk bed that has the ability to function as a dining table with bench seating. The garage is 13' in length and 72"-84" tall which would be perfect to haul some of your favorite toys. The garage is separated by a wall and door from the main living area and also has its own toilet and sink. The garage is equipped with AC/heat vents and has its own access door separate from the main entry door.The exterior has an 18' rollout canopy with LED lights. A 30 gallon fuel tank that feeds the fuel station for your toys and the generator. Also equipped with a 6 point leveling system for sturdy night sleep.**The ramp also functions as a fenced in outdoor patio that is great for pets or just sitting out and enjoying the weather.
