Welcome to your self contained, four season cabin-to-go with solar power, and everything you need except the washer and dryer! No power? No problem! With solar power, you can set this camper down anywhere that suits you. Let me take you through: As you walk inside, you will find the spacious bathroom on your left. The shower has a water-saving feature that will recycle the water until it is warm enough to enjoy a nice hot shower under the skylight! Next to the bathroom, you have a sofa bed that will sleep two littlies or one big person. The sofa faces the entertainment center, where you can watch local TV or listen to music from the living area speakers, bedroom speakers, outside speakers, or all the speakers at the same time! Next to the sofa is the dinette, which collapses into a bed to sleep two more littlies or another big person. The free-standing table can also be pulled out and used as a kitchen island, a coffee table, or a picnic table outside. The kitchen has a 3-burner range, oven, microwave, fridge, and double sink. At the end of the unit is a private bedroom with a walk-around RV-Queen size bed and closet. Outside under the awning, you can entertain friends and cook on the gas grill that is included, while listening to your favorite music. Pull the table out from inside and enjoy your hamburgers with friends and family! Need to wash some sand off of you (or Fido!) before going back inside? Use the outdoor shower with hot and cold water to get that perfect temperature water.You will love this little home away from home, and you can create some lifetime memories with it. Any evidence or slightest suspicion of this policy being violated will result in tenant forfeiture of their security deposit and being permanently banned from renting the unit in future.*Use of the air-conditioner, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker can be used when the trailer is connected to shore power or a generator. These items require a high level of amperage which, unfortunately, trailer batteries and solar systems are not equipped to provide. The microwave, air conditioner, and Keurig will not operate unless plugged into shore power or a generator.Renter is advised to purchase the interior protection option for renting this RV.Propane tanks will be filled when renters get the keys to the RV. Tanks must be filled when renters return the keys. If tanks aren't filled, we will charge the renter $5.00/gal to refill the tanks, and the total cost will be taken from the renter's security deposit.Please leave dirty linens and towels on the floor of the RV. We'll take care of them.Please dump both the black tank and grey tank before returning the keys to the RV. A fee of $100 will be charged and taken from the renter's security deposit if the RV is returned without these tanks being dumped.Please note: A generator could be included with the rental of this RV at $25 per day. Just ask!For pick up, we require the tow vehicle to be a 3/4 ton truck minimum, with a tow package and 7-pin connection, and a brake controller. We can loan a bluetooth brake controller if needed at no cost. Just ask!

I absolutely loved the layout of the trailer! The trailer had good amenities, the bed was extremely clean and comfy, everything worked as it should. I will be renting this unit in the future. The owners of the trailer were extremely nice, prompt on delivery, did the set up, and made sure I understood how to use the trailer and answered all my questions.

We LOVE this RV! We have rented it twice for our family of 4 and it fits us perfectly! It has everything you need and is in great condition. The layout is perfect! Very spacious and they provide so many details (coffee, coffee maker, towels, pillows, comforters, games, spices, plates, silverware, etc.) You don't have to think about a thing! The owners are so nice and so accommodating, I can't recommend enough! We will definitely book again next year.

Campground Reservations: We are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancelations for COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us, with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and fees under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. • No smoking or drug use inside the RV • The Dave Matthews Band/Labor Day weekend: Minimum 4 nights booking required. If camping at The Gorge, your campsite must be in the 30 amp RV section. Renters are responsible for dumping the blackwater and grey water tanks through Honey Bucket (who are on site) at their own expense. Delivery needs to be on the evening prior to the day of your booking. Please reserve your site accordingly. No charge for the RV rental for the night of delivery, but The Gorge may charge for RV site for that night. You will need to check with them. • There will be a Rental Service Agreement that will need to be read and signed prior to taking the keys. The Rental Service Agreement contains any policies not mentioned in the Rules of the Road.
