A perfect way to get away! Located right off of Route 83 and Route 30 in York, PA, our recently remodeled 2001 Pop Up Coleman Sedona Camper is the perfect companion on the adventure of a lifetime! Pet-friendly and quaint, our camper is the best way to elevate your camping level from a tent to a camper without having the hassle of hauling a huge RV around. Our Pop up also comes with an easy to assemble awning and an outside camping table with storage as well. All you need is a 2-inch hitch and you’re ready to go!Disclosure: We recommend any renters have prior knowledge in how to set up, tear down, and hitch a camper. Without this knowledge, your trip could turn ugly and the camper could break, etc.
Disclosure: Betsy does NOT come with a 5-Pin Adapter. If you require one for your vehicle, please purchase one at your nearest Auto Store.

Pop up comes with a plastic storage tote with drawers, a few pots and pans, dish rack, rotating fan, broom, and a towel rack outside for wet towels. There is a built in cooler that you can add ice to and a two burner range for gas hook up. There is a sink but it's not hooked up due to a very small gray water tank. RecomendacionesThis is fantastic camper for going from camp ground to camp ground. Camping in an actual campground if required for nightly stays, and we have the right to call the campground to verify your stay. We ask that you don’t park her in a random parking lot as you will be responsible for any ticket violations or towing fees if the camper is towed away.We also recommend you have a truck or SUV to haul the camper. She stays perfectly level and straight when you tow, but a truck or SUV is necessary for proper towing. Otros detalles importantesRules for Betsy(the camper):
1) NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR THE CAMPER! You will be charged a cleaning fee if we have to air out and heavily clean the camper.
2) Pets are of course allowed, but we hold the right to deny the rental if the pet is an extreme shedder. Also, if the camper is damaged due to your pet, we have every right to charge a fee for the repairs.
3) No more than 3 adults and 3 small children(Ages infant to 12 yrs ), or 5 adults allowed in the camper. She is small and that would just be too many people if you go over this number. Plus most camp grounds only allow so many people on the sites anyways.
4) Please don't grill or have open flames within 15 feet of the camper. You will be charged for any damages caused by flame or smoke.
5) Treat her like your home and she will treat you well also!
6) Please leave her cleaner than how you found her and we will waive the $50 Cleaning fee.
7) NO FESTIVALS unless okay’d by owners.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Only the electric can be hooked up at the campground. You can find a long cord at the back of the camper. The cord is easy to find and easy to hook up.

How comfortable are the beds?
A.
I personally think just the mattresses included are perfectly comfortable, but if you prefer extremely plush mattresses, I would recommend investing in a memory foam insert to lay on top of the mattress before you put down sheets.

Can you deliver and pick up the camper?
A.
Absolutely, up to 35 miles away one way. There's a $100 base charge and a $2.40 per mile charge for delivery and pick up.

Do you have other camping equipment that we could rent for our rental?
A.
Yes! We have two camping chairs (ones a two-seater), a hammock, and sleeping bags if you prefer those over the linens and blankets.
