When this travel trailer was manufactured in 2008, it was a luxury model. By today's standards, it is no longer 'First Class', however it is still a nice camper and with your help, it will stay that way. Camper has 30amp electric hookup, city water hookup, sewer hookup, and a 5-gallon water heater. Four-person kitchen table, two single sofa chairs, queen size bed, pull out sofa, and an air mattress means plenty of places to rest. Shower, toilet, sinks, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, electric griddle, air fryer, televisions, air conditioning, heating and more amenities and appliances are present and provided for an 'at-home' feel.There are numerous campgrounds and RV parks in the Central Pennsylvania Area. I will deliver the camper to anywhere within a 30 mile drive time. I will use Google Maps from my house to the destination and base the cost off that number. The 30 miles is not set in stone, if your destination is slightly farther than that, I can work with you. Delivery fee waived if the chosen campground is the Ben Franklin RV Park.While the trailer is spec'd to sleep 5, we recommend it for optimal comfort as ideal for 2 adults and 3 children or up to 4 adults. It features one full size mattress (54x75), a full-size air mattress (54x75) inside the couch, and one air mattress (38x62) for the floor. If you need to sleep outside under the awning, a folding cot and mattress is stored in the compartment under the full-size mattress. Remember, this is a home on wheels in the wilderness, not a hotel room in the city. It’s a different kind of relaxation!Passenger side retractable 7x20 awning provides a shaded area to sit and relax outside with nature, or you may attach the portable television and stream your favorite movie. Three folding chairs, three folding tables, rope light, dog leash anchors and more are provided to help you relax outside.I use the camper in football season so it’s not an "investment camper" that I purchased just to rent out. I care about its condition and quality and I insist all renters do as well. This will be reflected in its cleanliness and condition when your rental begins AND when you turn it back over to me after your rental. By having this demand for everyone, you can ensure this is an acceptable camper for your use.I will deliver and set up, and break down the camper for you so that is one less issue you need to worry about. Relaxation is key! You need to bring all food and drinks for your stay at a minimum. I try to have the camper stocked with ‘home’ items so you need to bring only the bare minimum, however I cannot account for everything. So please read the list carefully and pack accordingly. My provided supplies will not be resupplied should you run out during your stay.

11:00 start time and 3:00 checkout time preferred, however we all live busy lives and campgrounds may differ. Flexibility and communication mean we can work something out that benefits everyone involved.
