5.0Eugene and his wife were very easy to work with. The RV came with A lot of little extra items that made the trip much easier and better. Little things like an outdoor matt, chairs and stove. We took the RV to the NASCAR championship race at IMS raceway in Phoenix. RV worked great!

5.0What a welcome change!!! Eugene and his wife over delivered on this one. I have nothing but High regards and praises for this experience. This is my 4th time renting an rv. We normally rent from one of the major chains (El Monte). We had a family event that required us to travel interstate. We normally rent a class C but never again. This coach is well maintained and you can see that in the presentation. My family and I were privileged to use a part of their family, and we are so honored to be able to have that trust in us. Eugene was always available. Sometimes I thought I was getting on his nerves, but he always reassured me that i wasnt and that he was there should i need him for anything no matter what it was. His pride in ownership of this magnificent coach is unbelievable! Traveling in itself is stressful, however we felt welcomed and the coach provided extra room so that the grandchildren could move around yet be in close proximity to each other. Exceptional ride and comfort!! With this rental, Eugene made me appear as the Hero!!! Nothing like the feeling of your grandkids excitment and smiles to be riding in this coach. They are so looking forward to another ride and outing in the coach. They awoke this morning preparing for school asking if I could take them to school in the RV. So even my kids give a thumbs up. So if you are in doubt, check Eugene out!! It will be one of the best decisions you can make for a family outing or getaway. Lastly it was reasonably priced for the value and the level of service that was provided. I regret renting the previous RV's now; live an learn. I look forward to the next adventure. Eugene, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND GENEROUSITY THAT YOU HAVE SHOWN TO ME AND MY FAMILY.
