It was very unfortunate that the owner does not maintain this beautiful camper! There were four major issues concerning the camper. #1 It was advertised with an awning, but when the owner showed he informed me that it had blown off in an earlier storm (we don't know if that was last week or last year). We were very disappointed. #2 He showed me the propane tank and lit the burners to show that it worked, but the next day I could not get the burners to light. A friend and I discovered that a fitting had apparently come off the connection to the propane tank and propane was shooting out of the tank. We shut it off for the remainder of our stay. That was a dangerous situation. #3 The stabilizer foot below the bedroom in the front of the camper did not work, so if you were lying in bed and someone was walking in the camper it would bounce and sway back and forth, waking you up. #4 The air conditioning could not be adjusted, and it was COLD. We literally had to turn it off and on and absolutely FROZE each night. There were a few other minor details inside of the camper such as a coaxial cable missing from the bedroom TV, a broken coaxial cable for the main TV, and a curtain was held up by a bungee cord. Will not rent from him again even though he did send us a text apologizing and said he would fix some of the above items. Too little, too late.

RV was comfortable, and the owner was accommodating with pickup and drop off. RV was clean, stocked well, and was perfect for our weekend adventure!

This was the second time we stayed in Michael’s RV and it was as enjoyable as the first time. Michael was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times needed.

This was our first time renting and RV and I can't speak highly enough of our host, Micheal. Everything was as advertised and the RV was completely set up prior to our arrival. It was clean and well stocked with all the basics needed for a 3-day trip. Really enjoyed the King bed, full sized shower, dual recliners and the fireplace! Would definitely recommend Michael and his luxury RV!
