We finally made it to Philly! What an incredible group of fascinating owners. From a college student who bought travel trailers to help pay for his education to our very own Outdoorsy owner moderator- Charles. We had a little bit of everything in the spectrum of the RV rental hustle here with Steve having a childhood background in all things RVs and Charles planning on expanding his fleet of 2 for the next rental season. We can’t wait to be back to eat more Jim’s Cheesesteaks!
The biggest piece of product feedback we took away is owners need more comprehensive documents to send to renters, preferably customizable to their particular rig.
