Five BIG stars for Tim, Charisse, and their van!The experience: Tim did a phenomenal job communicating prior to my rental. He went above and beyond by creating a handbook and a set of YouTube videos that walks renters through the main things you'll need to know. I felt very comfortable with the van well before I even saw it in person! Additionally, the pick-up/drop-off process was very smoot, and they were accommodating to my travel schedule. They even left some treats out on the table for my pup!
